Vertical Vacuum Furnace
Top and bottom load vacuum furnaces are best for your long or tall loads, cylindrical products, and vertically stacked components.
The top load vacuum furnace is designed with a top cover or lid-lifting device to provide access to the furnace.
The bottom load furnace incorporates a retractable powered hearth car to support the load. A ball screw elevator drive is used to raise and lower the hearth car and load into and out of the furnace.
Why do metal manufacturers love vertical vacuum furnaces?
- Space saving design for tight facilities
- Process odd or complex shapes
- Consistent part quality throughout the furnace
- Perfect for high loads
A crane may be required to load or unload components. Vertical vacuum furnaces are designed to make crane loading as efficient as possible.
